1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using unyak (the “Service”), operated by InboundLabs Interactive (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

unyak connects users with senior software engineers who pick up where coding agents give up. We review the issue, propose a fix, and deliver a pull request against your repository. Scope, pricing, and timing for each engagement are agreed before work starts.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Your Repository and Code

  • You grant us limited access to the repositories and systems necessary to perform the agreed work.
  • You retain all rights to your code. Work product delivered as part of an engagement is assigned to you upon payment.
  • You confirm you have the right to grant us access to any code, data, or systems you share with us.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Fixed-price engagements are quoted before work begins.
  • You only pay when the agreed fix works. If we cannot resolve the issue, you owe nothing for that engagement.
  • You may cancel an in-progress engagement at any time at no charge.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Submit malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems.
  • Reverse engineer or resell the Service without our written permission.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your code, data, and business information as confidential and only use it to deliver the Service. Engineers working on your engagement are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Mateo County, California, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
